How do I pay for a ride?
Cash, card, or Venmo, your choice, set per-ride at booking. Card is processed securely; cash and Venmo are paid directly to the driver at drop-off.
Can I save my favorite driver?
Yes. After any completed ride, tap "Add to favorites" on the driver's card. The next time you book, your favorite gets the request first before it goes to general dispatch.
How are drivers vetted?
Every RideWave driver completes background checks, vehicle inspection, and identity verification before they're approved, and every Wave Black SUV is inspected and maintained to a premium standard.
Do you serve DIA Airport?
Yes — pickups and drop-offs at Denver International. Add your flight number when you book and we track your inbound flight automatically: running late or early, we adjust your pickup and text you; when you land, you get a welcome text with exactly where to meet your driver (Level 5, Island 2). Meet & greet is available on request.
What updates do I get after I book?
A confirmation right away, a reminder the day before for advance bookings, then a text and email as your driver is assigned, on the way, and arrived — and a receipt after the ride. DIA pickups with a flight number also get flight delay and landing alerts.
What if I need a ride to the mountains?
We serve the I-70 corridor, Evergreen, Idaho Springs, Georgetown, and ski-resort runs by request. Book a few hours in advance for mountain trips so we can match you with a tier that fits.
