We are a reserved black car service in the Denver metro, run out of Westminster. Your people book a car ahead of time in the app or on the web, we track the flight and handle the trip, and your office settles a single itemised invoice instead of collecting receipts from six different people.
Every ride is reserved ahead — six hours' notice at the minimum. We hold a named car and chauffeur for your traveler at a set time, which is a different thing from a car you summon and wait for.
The iPhone app and the website are the same booking flow, so a traveler can start on one and finish on the other. Nothing below is an add-on or an upgrade tier.
The fare is calculated from the actual addresses and shown before the ride is confirmed. That number is what gets billed. No surge multiplier, no meter, no adjustment after the fact. If the route changes mid-trip we quote the change, we do not surprise you with it.
Enter the flight number and the pickup follows the aircraft. A flight that lands 40 minutes late gets a car that arrives 40 minutes late, and nobody is billed for the wait. On landing the traveler gets a text with the exact meeting point, down to the level and island.
Booking confirmed, reminder the day before, driver assigned, driver on the way, driver arrived. If you want your front desk or an assistant copied on those, say so when you open the account and we add the number.
Every completed ride keeps its own itemised receipt with the route, the vehicle, the driver and the final total. It stays in the account, so finance can pull a trip from four months ago without asking anyone to dig through a wallet.
Corporate work runs on one vehicle: the Wave Black SUV, seats six with luggage. The fare is $12 base plus $2.90 a mile, and any trip that starts or ends at Denver International carries a $20 airport fee on top. The quote card above prices any Denver metro address exactly. The airport runs below are the ones we do most, so you can sanity-check a budget without asking us first.
| From | To | Drive time | Vehicle & miles | Airport fee | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cherry Creek | Denver International | ~35 min | ~$82 | $20 | ~$102 |
| Downtown · Union Station | Denver International | ~35 min | ~$85 | $20 | ~$105 |
| Westminster · Broomfield | Denver International | ~45 min | ~$99 | $20 | ~$119 |
| DTC · Greenwood Village | Denver International | ~40 min | ~$105 | $20 | ~$125 |
| Boulder | Denver International | ~55 min | ~$143 | $20 | ~$163 |
| Any metro address | Rocky Mountain Metro (BJC) | varies | quoted at booking | none | quoted at booking |
The $20 airport fee applies in both directions and only to Denver International — a pickup at the terminal and a drop-off at the terminal are charged the same. Rocky Mountain Metro (BJC) has no airport fee. Every total above includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, the airport fee and DIA flight tracking; there is nothing added afterwards. Hourly charter on the same SUV is $100 for the first hour and $80 for each hour after, up to twelve, with the car and chauffeur staying with your group — which is what board days, investor visits and site tours actually need. Charters carry no airport fee even when they start or finish at DIA. Cherry Creek, DTC, Boulder and the north metro are served daily.
Three fields on the form below — company name, your name, the billing email. We email a 6-digit code to that address to confirm it is really yours, then I set the account up the same day and you get a link to choose your own password. There is no contract, no minimum spend and no monthly fee.
Any authorised traveler books in the app or on the web and picks Bill to account instead of paying at the time. They still get their own confirmation and their own receipt.
Rides accumulate through the month. You get one invoice with every trip itemised by date, route, traveler and amount, payable by card on this page or by Venmo if that is easier.
Three fields and one code from your inbox — about a minute. The code just confirms the billing address is really yours. Your account is usually ready the same business day, and you choose your own password from a link we email you. Nothing is charged to open it.
I set corporate accounts up personally, usually the same business day. You will get one more email with a link to choose your password, and then you sign in right on this page. Nothing else is needed from you.
