To enroll you must have (or be getting):

✓Your own Colorado PUC Luxury Limousine permit (an LL number). Not licensed yet? The application is $515 through the PUC permit portal — you can apply with the status PENDING and enroll once it is issued.

✓Your own commercial auto liability insurance at PUC-required limits, filed with the PUC by your insurer.

✓A registered Colorado business (LLC or sole proprietorship with the Secretary of State).

RideWave is a software platform for independent operators. You are not employed by, contracted to, or driving for RideWave — you run your own transportation business, under your own authority, and we provide the technology.

Common questions

Am I driving for RideWave?

No. You run your own licensed transportation business, with your own authority, insurance and clients. RideWave sells you software — like a reservation system — not driving work. We do not dispatch rides to you and we take nothing from your fares.

Who do my clients belong to?

You. Your client book is your data — we process it only to run your portal, and you can export it whenever you want, including if you leave.

What does it cost?

$29 per month for your first 12 months, then $49 per month. No commissions, no per-ride fees, no setup fee — the subscription is the only thing we charge you. Cancel any time from your portal; you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

I do not have my PUC permit yet. Can I still apply?

Yes — submit the form with PENDING as your permit number. We will point you at the application (it is about $515 with the Colorado PUC) and activate your enrollment once your LL number is issued and your insurance is on file.

RideWave (RMRS LLC) provides booking and client-management software to independently owned and licensed transportation companies. Each enrolled operator holds its own Colorado PUC operating authority and its own commercial insurance, and is solely responsible for its own transportation services, vehicles, drivers and clients. RideWave is not the transportation carrier for, and does not dispatch, operator trips. Enrollment is subject to verification and the RideWave Platform Services Agreement.

Your QR code

Riders scan it with their phone camera and land on your booking page. Print it for the back seat, your business card, or a window sticker.

Show an estimated price on my booking page. Riders see a fare estimate at RideWave rates as they fill in their trip. Leave this off if you would rather quote every trip yourself.

Confirm bookings from my link automatically. The rider is told straight away that they are booked, and the trip goes onto your schedule with the price they were shown. You still get a text the moment it happens, and you can edit the fare or cancel it in your portal. Turn this off if you would rather see each request first — then the rider is told you will contact them, and nothing is booked until you confirm it yourself.

List my company in the RideWave app. Your name and logo appear under Partners in the RideWave app and website, and tapping it opens this same booking page. Riders who have never heard of you can find and book you. Leave this off if you would rather your link stay private to the customers you share it with directly.
