## Booking a ride

Booking online takes about thirty seconds and needs no account. Call dispatch instead when the trip is unusual: a mountain or ski run, an out-of-area journey, an hourly charter, more than six passengers, or a same-day request.

Have ready: pickup address, drop-off address, date and time, number of passengers, and the flight number for a Denver International Airport pickup.

## What to expect

- Confirmation by text and email straight away, and a reminder the day before for advance bookings.
- Updates as the driver is assigned, is on the way, and has arrived.
- For DIA pickups with a flight number, automatic flight-delay and landing alerts, and a text with the exact meeting point.
